In execution of the provisions contained in art. 215 of Legislative Decree 34/2020, converted into Law 77 of 17 July 2020 and according to the indications provided by the Lombardy Region, specific conditions and procedures were identified regarding “the economic enhancement of the non-use of annual passes and monthly passes purchased and valid for the month of March 2020 due to the COVID-19 emergency “.

To access the refund, ARRIVA – SIA users must fill out this form (CLICK HERE) in order to collect all the necessary information. The operating instructions for completing the declaration (pursuant to art. 215) necessary to qualify for compensation and purchase a subscription will then be sent to the email address indicated by the applicant.
